Route planning issue: Mont Blanc Tunnel closure not considered

Hello,

When planning a trip from Varese (Italy) to Annecy (France), the system currently suggests a route through the Mont Blanc Tunnel, even though the tunnel has been closed for maintenance since September 1, 2025 and is scheduled to remain closed until December 15, 2025.

Could you please update the routing data so that the planner avoids the Mont Blanc Tunnel during the closure period?

    We will contact Here that provides us with information about closures like this. Unfortunately, I don't have an answer for how long it will take before we show that the tunnel is closed.
