Route planning ignores preferred IONITY network

I selected Ionity as only preferred network. Yet ABRP chose none of the many Ionity stations on the way. That is unexpected.
- Where does this happen?
- ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

I had the same effect last week, see

The Timmelsjoch is open 7am to 8pm, but was closed completely until a bit over a week ago.
The route failed to plan correctly in both Google maps and in ABRP.
I suspect a data issue on the map side in this case, but I'm not sure.
