Route planning - charging port

Unfortunately, the app (paid version) is getting on my nerves — and seriously so.

The very reason why I want to use it simply doesn’t work. My Renault ZOE only has a Type 2 charging port, and I have specified this correctly in the app. However, when planning routes I am constantly being directed to stations with CCS connectors, which means I end up having to plan everything manually again anyway. In addition, only one of the two specified charging networks is ever shown to me.

Extremely disappointing

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Please add a link to a plan where you only get CCS chargers. Click at Share plan and Share ABRP link.

        Can you go to the settings and see if the charger type is selected?

          Yes it is selected.

            and my car is also listed as having no CCS connector.
