Route planner ignores "Preferred" charging networks

I have noticed a recurring issue with the route planning algorithm regarding charging network preferences.

When planning a route, there are locations that host multiple charging stations from different brands. Even though I have set a specific network (like Astor) as Preferred with the heart icon, and another network (like ZES) as Not Preferred, ABRP consistently bypasses my preferred choice and selects the non-preferred one at the same stop.

This happens even when the preferred charger offers better specifications, such as a 400kW Astor charger being ignored in favor of a 350kW ZES charger. This is not an isolated incident between these two specific brands; it happens across various networks whenever they share the same charging location.

The algorithm seems to be ignoring the user's network preferences and power advantages in these scenarios. Could you please look into how the routing engine prioritizes overlapping stations?

      The route was between Istanbul and Ankara.. There is a charging spot called Highway Outlet in Bolu City with about all brands of charging networks available.. During my screenshots Zes was in preferable (but not priority) and slected that.. I made another test and set zes in avoid list.. and now ABRP advices me for Trugo instead of my highly preferred Astor.. there is 6 sockets of 300kw , 4 sockets of 160kw astor available in a few meters area to that chargers.. It is just one example.. Additionally, I've noticed this issue on several other routes as well. Even when an Astor station is just a few kilometers away and set as 'Highly Preferred' in my settings, the planner consistently suggests other brands instead. To force Astor into the route, I am forced to manually select and set the other suggested stations to 'Avoid.' Furthermore, oddly enough, these Astor stations do not even show up in the 'Nearby Stations' list during the trip."

The car I drive is another issue.. in Türkiye we are using Hyundai ioniq 6 53kw sr but for a while it is not on abrp vehicle list anymore. (There's another ticket that I opened for that) I'm using obd data for live battery capacity and this is not an issue for me.
