Several stations on a route have highway robbery per kwh pricing, so I marked them as chargers to avoid

My planner keeps including them on routes. This happened in Jan 2023 on a trip from Fla to DC, the planner rerouted me to a station in Lynchburg SC I had marked "avoid," I couldn't see what new station it was, and I ended waiting at a broken charger with five other cars for 90 minutes.

Please fix
