Enode + Chevrolet not working, and unable to correct SOC

I'm on a road trip with my Chevy bolt and for some reason Enode is not updating my car’s status with the app. I just finished a charging stop and even though I was there for over an hour, when I got back on the road the app was insistent that I didn't have enough of a charge to reach the next stop. I tried to update the state of charge manually, but was unable to do so. So I disconnected Enode thinking I could sign back in and refresh everything but now I am unable to log back into Enode, and I get a null error.

Please advise
