Road surface issues

Dear Support team, I am still interested in use of ABRP premium, however currently the app not really useable for Hungary. There is no option to avoid roads where the surgace not hard covered (field/mud cover). This caused already several times serious issues for me. +1 issue: the route planning sometimes planning with unnecessary sidetracks.

    Hi @bereznaiand,

    ABRP is programmed to avoid “bad” roads by default, and only choose roads where the average passenger vehicle can drive.

    But if we don’t know that a road has poor condition, we cannot avoid it. You can check that data is accurate and make edits in openstreetmap.org if you’d like.
