Where does ABRP actually get its live data from?

And is there any way to report when the data is no longer accurate?

I wanted to plan a trip to Merano via the Timmelsjoch, which is open starting today, but ABRP won’t let me because it still thinks the pass is closed.

In TomTom it already shows as open and I can plan a route through it, but that doesn’t help me estimate the battery level.

In our town, it took a good four weeks before ABRP knew that a road was drivable again.
