Today on Finnish EV Facebook group multiple persons (6) described they had problems with subscription renewal or even getting the first subscription going on with a Finnish credit card, N26 or Paypal.

None came in and said they could renew on the website.

My guess is that there's something fishy when you try to purchase a subscription from the app.
