Restroom - access limits

The current resolution just gives if a bathroom is available, but not all bathrooms are 24/7. Like in many situations bathrooms may be limited by hours of operation for the host. An example of bathrooms available nearby are for chargers at in library parking lot, but the bathroom may only be available when the library is open. Since the map is built on OpenStreetMap and there are tags for supporting hours of access and indoor mapping. How about allowing users to note the bathroom is not 24/7 or some other note/sub questions for the bathroom access. Ideally contributing back to OpenStreetMap the data for mapping, could be via Maproulette or OSM notes or even directly if enough info is provided.
