"Restarts" on Android Auto using Pixel 8 Pro

On a longer trip (4-5h) the ABRP Android Auto Interface suddenly “restarted”. This happened occasionally at first but later roughly each Minute. “Restart” means that the GUI is slowly built up completly new. Also the destination/route isn’t set at first but is automatically restored after some seconds.

I then switched to Google Maps Navigation to rule out problems with the Car Radio and USB connection. But Google Maps worked flawlessly via Android Auto.

The device is a Google Pixel 8 Pro running Android 15.
It is connected via USB to the Radio (RCC) of a Peugeot e2008 (2021).
It is also connected via Bluetooth to an OBD2 dongle.

The phone has been temporarily (physically) disconnected from USB/Android Auto when leaving the car on charge stops.
