Reservations for charging time slots

Is in whole loading network already something planned to be able to make reservation of a time slot for a charging point?

Idea & sample: Make a reservation for 14:25 to 15:35 for a loading point on your route. From start time on, this loading point is blocked for max. 5min and if you do not arrive and identify with your loading card, the loading point is free again for all others. Reservations can be done with a reservation fee.

Is something like this planned for the loading infrastructure ?
