Reports from ABRP app delayed for more than 30 days

What is the average time it takes for an incorrect charger data report to be incorporated into ABRP? I have reported several errors regarding charger power or connector types, and after more than 30 days, I still haven't seen them corrected. New chargers installed in Argentina or Uruguay are reported to Open Charge Map and incorporated into ABRP.

However, when an existing charger at a charging point is updated or its power is increased, the ABRP report doesn't update for weeks.

How should I proceed to have these chargers corrected to the actual power and connector values ​​reported in the applications for each charging network?

The arrival of electric vehicles in Argentina and Uruguay is very recent, and the charging networks are constantly changing with new chargers and new charging power levels at older points. To efficiently calculate the route with ABRP, the power levels must be correct.
