Reports from ABRP app delayed for more than 30 days
Hello
What is the average time it takes for an incorrect charger data report to be incorporated into ABRP? I have reported several errors regarding charger power or connector types, and after more than 30 days, I still haven't seen them corrected. New chargers installed in Argentina or Uruguay are reported to Open Charge Map and incorporated into ABRP.
However, when an existing charger at a charging point is updated or its power is increased, the ABRP report doesn't update for weeks.
How should I proceed to have these chargers corrected to the actual power and connector values reported in the applications for each charging network?
The arrival of electric vehicles in Argentina and Uruguay is very recent, and the charging networks are constantly changing with new chargers and new charging power levels at older points. To efficiently calculate the route with ABRP, the power levels must be correct.

Hi
When the charger already is in our app you need to report the issue by clicking on the charger on the map in ABRP and then scroll down to Report issue. If we get data about the charger from another source than Open Charge Map we don’t use the data from there. So if you change anything in Open Charge Map nothing will happen.

All my reports are using ABRP App or ABRP Web and still waiting for more than 30 days and ain’t see correct data. I have error in ABRP routes calculations because need these chargers with correct data.
Argentina is new in electric cars use. But ABRP is useless if show bad data and calculation errors. OCM, Plugshare and Carregados (from Brazil) show correct data. I’m premium user of ABRP and always recommend this GPS. But with few chargers in Argentina for now and with bad data in ABRP is hard.
Please need fix these error. Best and thanks.

Today re send all chargers again from ABRP App to fix powers and chargers.
Complete listo of reporters chargers with errors. Validate all data with any App of network charger. Best.

Hi. I use ABRP all days. Send telemetry from my car, recommend always ABRP to all people asking me about better map or gps for EV.
But still I wait for correct powers and charger to best calculate of routes.
More than 30 days waiting and reporting correct data from apps of chargers and real life using ABRP reporting methods.
Please fix ASAP this chargers. ABRP has bad data according to OCM, PlugShare and others.

According to Shell Recharge app for Argentina and Brazil these charger is CCS2 1×50Kw, Chademo 1×50Kw and Type2 with cable 1×22Kw.
