Reporting “Other Issue” on iPhone app

IOS 18.2.1 iPhone 11 Pro Support and Feedback>Contact Support>Other Issue Brings up messaging options on phone instead of text box to type issue.

    Ok. Maybe I misunderstood. Other options allow communication within the app. Does the “other issue” option only allow communication through external email?

      Selecting ‘other issue’ as in; not an issue with a subscription or login, should open the email app on your device.

    Hi @NTK,

    I’m not able to reproduce this. The mail app is opened for me as intended.
