Replanning a route while charging should consider staying at the charger instead of routing to next one

It is not uncommon to replan a route during a charging stop due to either timing changes, app issues, or wanting to alter the route.
When doing so, ABRP does not appear to reliably detect that the car is currently charging when using live data. The end result is that ABRP will plan a route that expects you to depart immediately and do a "short" drive to another nearby charger before proceeding onwards, rather than continuing to charge at the station you're already hooked up to (and thus don't incur any additional wasted time) until the charging tapers off, then to head to the next stop.
In practice, this means I need to carefully note the target charge percentage when I first get to the charger, then wait to attempt to re-plan the route until charging is complete or nearly complete before I start getting sensible results.
It would be better if ABRP could detect this case and prioritize routings that continued the currently in progress charging session up until whatever percentage your current vehicle tapers at, rather than assuming you are unplugged and must start driving immediately.
