Replacing plans on Android app

When attempting to replace a plan the app displays about 5 plans, beginning with the oldest. On a desktop you can easily scroll through the list to find the desired plan to replace, but on a phone it is impossible. The scroll bar is thin and disappears after a couple of seconds.
