Replacing charger planner stops following charger arrival SOC

When replacing charger I get this plan where it charges to max allowed at the previous stop and has a 40% arrival. Global setting is 5%. Can’t override with the individual charger setting either.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)
