Replace charger feature not working
If you plan a route & decide to replace the suggested charger with an alternative the option brings up an error & tells you to contact support if it persists. Also if you ask it to avoid a certain charger, the planning feature doesn’t automatically suggest a new one & often leaves the one you just asked to avoid there. Kinda renders the functionality useless & makes the premium option a waste of money

I’m having this exact issue as well and I agree it completely negates the purpose of using the premium subscription. I’ve been using ABRP for almost 2 months now for longer range trips that require 1 charge each way, usually ABRP suggests an undesirable charger and I want to swap it out for a different one. When I go into Waypoint options > Replace charger I get an “Unexpected error” message.
This is on both desktop and mobile after resetting my preferences/settings. I have no preferred charger networks, and have no filters applied to my search. I am also looking at chargers that I would still be able to arrive at with more than 5%SoC which is what I have my charger minimum arrival set to. Why won’t it load alternates?

Hi Ben, could you please let me know which version of the app you're currently using? A fix has recently been released for a similar issue, and I'd like to confirm you're on the latest version before we dig deeper.

Thank you for the feedback. We agree that the flow here is a bit unclear, any change like this requires a re-plan and we will either do it automatically or at least make it very clear that you need to press the plan button again.
We cannot reproduce the error part you describe - can you still reproduce it?
