Repeatedly loses connection; this time I can't re-connect

Over and over and over again, I’ll go to use ABRP and it says “Not connected.” Frustrating enough, but usually I can “Unlink” and re-connect. This time, clicking on the Unlink button does absolutely nothing. The online help is also horrible; it directs me to menus that don’t even exist.
