Renamed name or route is undone

Hi,
After renaming a plan I do see the new name in the list. When I then open that plan (or another one) and go back to the list of saved plans then the old name is shown again. And sometimes the plan itself is even gone, so it no longer exists with the old name nor the new name.

And even weirder is that my previously deleted plans are also back. I go to the list of plans, via the Pencil tool I remove an existing plan. The plan is no longer in the list.
Then I open another plan from the list and when I go back to the list of plans then the deleted plan appears again in the list.
I have this behaviour on my iPad Pro (Safari) and my MacBook Pro (Safari).

One workaround is to close the browser after renaming the plan. When I then open the list of plans then I do see the renamed plan.
