Removing or editing bad linked data?

I have a 2017 Bolt apparently it can break the sound barrier. I am using a pixel 10 fold that gets warm, but even when it isn't. I can be on a short trip less than 6 miles buty data log will show a lot more miles but the travel lines will only between my start location and destination. So far my highest speed is 951mph on that 6 mile trip. This is really screwing with trip planning.

Do you think this is a permission problem with the phone or just a GPS problem on the phone? I don't think the same thing happens in Google maps. Could there be a conflict?
