Reintroduce ability to select more or fewer stops

I loved this feature and used it 100% if the time I was planning. It actually was a significant reason I would use ABRP vs in vehicle nav.

Being able to select fewer but longer stops was great when traveling with my child, and being able to use fastest or more frequent but shorter stops was great when I was traveling alone.

Please bring this back! It was a feature I loved (along with destination SOC, which I contributed to in the other ticket)

    We also need the option like in the previous version to set the MAX % of charge at charging stops in the global charge settings. Version 7 doesn't have it and that is causing the software to suggest charging above 90% and then skipping chargers. This is not efficient and is harmful to the battery.

    Under “Routing” you can still select “Optimal”, “Fewer” or “Fewest” which is the same as previously. We have removed the “More” and “Most” because the resulting plans were not great.

      This is worse. Why are you hiding things deep in the menu? This should be an easy access setting just like SOC on arrival. It was great on the front screen and needs to be back on the front screen.

        ABRP 7.0.2 re-introduces quick settings as “Plan options” accessible from the buttons at the bottom; this is the top option!

          Some features are very prominent now (such as your car type and color; how many users change that frequently??) and some need multiple clicks now, such as these stops preferences. Every unnecessary click distracts from driving.

      Can you bring back “More”? Traveling with a baby, we'll need to make frequent stops. I never had an issue with those plans previously.

        We will look into it - our previous algorithm tended to add charging stations only in the beginning of the trip, not towards the end - and it had some other issues.

          Thanks Bo! I realized I can sort of hack it by setting a higher minimum and lower maximum charge %, e.g. 20-60%. I normally have those pretty broad (6-100%) to account for rural or mountainous areas.

          Maybe an alternative here is to add a notice in the UI when a plan would benefit from wider charge limits. Right now, the plan will restrict speed if the charge limits aren't sufficient between chargers. It should suggest expanding charge limits, too, e.g. “Save 20 minutes by expanding your charge limits.” Then I could leave it in the more constrained state by default, while knowing when to flex.

          Or some other way to quickly toggle between full battery usage vs. partial.

    This appears to be a global setting instead of per-plan. I might want to to short charges short trips and long charges on a longer trip
