Reintroduce ability to select more or fewer stops

I loved this feature and used it 100% if the time I was planning. It actually was a significant reason I would use ABRP vs in vehicle nav.

Being able to select fewer but longer stops was great when traveling with my child, and being able to use fastest or more frequent but shorter stops was great when I was traveling alone.

Please bring this back! It was a feature I loved (along with destination SOC, which I contributed to in the other ticket)
