Refined units of measure

It would be useful to be able to select units of measure for each variable independently. For example, I’d like to use miles for distance, meters for elevation, and kg for weight because that’s the most common way of communicating those variables in the UK these days. Presently I have to choose ‘British’ units to get miles, but this leave me stuck with yards for elevation and pounds for weight.

Could this be improved?
