Disconnect reference consumption from automatic settings

Is it possible to disconnect the Reference speed from te automatic user settings (live Soc, weather etc.)

Because the Reference speed is in the automatisch user setting much to high and give a wrong prognose of the Battery use of the trip and decrease the distance between the charging stations in the roadplan, much more then necaserry. When I fill the Reference speed manually with a more real value then is the prognose during the ride good and reliable. But then stops the automatisch user setting and that’s why is less reliable. I now cannot depend on the plan of the charging stops

I don’t know how to solve that.
