Reference input cannot be changed

Reference consumption cannot be changed since the input keyboard is using the incorrect decimal delimiter (Sweden)

Probability localisation issue.

The reference dialog present the ”,” as a decimal delineator. The application requires ”.” for the input to be accepted.

This makes it impossible to change the reference consumption.

This behaviour is new with the latest update.
