Reference consumption speed lower

I would like to be able to enter a custom 'reference consumption' at a lower speed. In my mountainous area, we rarely travel at 110 km/h, and in fact I can't even find a location to empirically determine my consumption at that speed within a 2 hour drive! An option to use a speed of 90 km/h would be much appreciated!
