Reference consumption issue

Hi,

I have a couple of suggestions to enhance the app's functionality:

  1. Speeding Up Reference Consumption Statistics :
    The current statistics do not seem realistic. Improving the speed and accuracy of these metrics would greatly enhance user experience.

  2. Route Planning Adjustments :
    I've noticed that the route plan does not take manual consumption into account as a reference, relying instead on statistical data. This results in a completely inaccurate percentage of battery life remaining at the end of the planned route.

I believe addressing these issues would make the app even more promising. The ability to provide battery percentage during the trip and an accurate estimate at the finish is a key feature that is currently missing in many EVs.

    Hi @Bogdan Strmec,

    The calibration we’re doing based on Enode data is very simplified and somewhat experimental since we’re not able to get all the parameters necessary for doing our regular calibration.

    If you wish to improve the calibrated consumption, I could suggest to;

    1. Reset it if the value seems off

    2. Link your vehicle via an OBD device

    I cannot see that we don’t take a manually entered value into the calculation. Do note that after entering the manual value you will need to click ‘plan’ to recalculate the plan.

    I’d also like to note that when a manual value is entered, the ‘automatic settings’ toggle will be toggled off since now one automatic setting is turned to manual - the rest of the live data / automatic settings are still enabled unless you choose to toggle them off or enter manual values.
