Reference consumption is stuck

I can't change the reference consumption. It's stuck on 976. I have tried to uninstall and install the app but it is still stuck.

The app is useless if this does not work.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Just set a manual one for the time being. I’ve had to do that for my EV as the reference is completely useless and give way to high consumption estimates.
