Calibration confidence of Ref consumption frozen

My Tesla is linked to ABRP but the ref consumption calibration for the car hasn’t changed for ages and is stuck at about 35%/40%/40%.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Have you tried to unlink and link it again to see if that changes anything?
