Red crossed

I have a question. ABRplanner (Premium) is paired with Enode on an Audi Q8 e-tron 55 (Android Auto). At 70% signal strength, the top percentage is red and crossed out. At 30%, it's green. Reception is perfect. The percentage is also accurate. What does the crossed-out part mean?

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Hi

    That symbol is red when it’s been more than five minutes since we got any data. We don’t get much data from Enode so the SoC is coming from Android auto.
