Recalculated route with wrong network?

During my trip from Bergamo (Italy) to Germany, my route was recalculated, presumably due to a traffic jam. The only charging network selected and preferred was Ionity. However, I ended up arriving in Bolzano with a very low battery charge at the rEVcharge A22 station, where I was unable to charge (does an A22 card have to be used?!). In addition, there was no indication at the charging station that a specific app was required, and the station is also marked in a completely incorrect location on the map. This ultimately caused a great deal of stress, wasted time, and, in the end, additional costs.
