Range estimate is highly inaccurate

When I am logged into my Tesla account for my 2021 Model 3 Performance, the route planner thinks I can do a 270 mile trip using only about 20% of my battery (no charging stops), when that trip will take over 100% of my battery. The confusing thing is that the reported battery capacity and efficiency values all seem reasonable. Resetting calibrated range doesn't help. Also, if logged out of Tesla, the route plan is more reasonable.
