synchronization issue

Hello,

I signed up for your annual subscription this morning, but it seems your app isn’t fully connecting with my vehicle. The mileage appears to be syncing correctly, but the battery level isn’t syncing—it stays at 41% even when I manually adjust it; it quickly reverts to 41% on its own. But more importantly, despite the Over-the-Air connection via Enode, there is no automatic sync (screenshot attached), so your app is much less useful to me.
