Oggetto: Problema con la visualizzazione di "My Drives" nel mio account

Gentile team di supporto di A Better Route Planner,

Mi chiamo Gionatan Fazio, un utente premium della vostra app. Sto riscontrando un problema con l'applicazione: non riesco a trovare nΓ© a visualizzare la sezione "My Drives" quando accedo al mio account.

I dettagli del mio account sono i seguenti:

Email dell'account: gionatan@gmail.com

Ho giΓ  provato a chiudere e riaprire l'app, a disconnettermi e riconnettermi, ma senza successo. Il problema persiste e non riesco a trovare le mie rotte salvate, cosa che impedisce il normale utilizzo dell'app.

Vi sarei grato se poteste fornire una soluzione a questo problema il prima possibile.

Dear A Better Route Planner Support Team,

My name is Gionatan Fazio, and I am a premium user of your application. I am currently experiencing a problem with the application: I cannot find nor see the "My Drives" section when I am logged into my account.

Account Email: gionatan@gmail.com

I have already tried closing and reopening the app, logging out and back in, but to no avail. The problem persists, and I am unable to find my saved routes, which prevents me from using the app as usual.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide a solution to this issue as soon as possible.
