Problem with connection via Odb with Citroën e-C3

First of all, high praise - in my opinion, ABRP is really the non plus ultra and absolutely necessary for every e-vehicle.

I have the following problem, when I connect my Citroën e-C3 via ODB (OBDLink CX adapter) the connection works. However, the temperature (2 degrees C) and charge level (only 2%) are read incorrectly and do not react to the change when driving. The connection via Citroën APP does not work either 🥲.

Does anyone have any ideas? I'm already desperate.
