Preferred Vendor
I prefer to use Electra for charging. In the ABRP app, I select Electra, but in the route planner, I only see Fastned and Tesla. When I follow the same route in the Electra app, it only shows Electra stations. What’s the problem?

- ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

Click/tap: ‘Share plan’

Same here. I have selected Electra as preferred network, added “Electra+ Smart” to networks. Result has not a single stop at Electra:

Note: I used to have Tesla as network, but removing it still doesn’t show any Electra.

We provide the preferred chargers as much as possible. But if there is a better charger on the route we select that one. We also don't take any detours to select a preferred charger.
