Preset charging providers and favorite locations disappeared; bottom navigation occasionally taps itself on iPhone

Since the latest app update, the preset lists of charging providers have disappeared. My saved favorite charging locations and favorite charging networks/providers are also missing.

Additionally, on iPhone, the bottom navigation bar occasionally starts triggering selections by itself, as if random tabs or options were being tapped.

The missing preset providers and favorites are the more serious issue, as they affect my ability to plan charging stops and routes. Please investigate whether this is related to a data-sync or migration problem.
