Preferred Ionity chargers not chosen in planning

When planning a route and selecting Ionity as the preferred network, no charger from Ionity is used in the plan. There are chargers from Ionity available along the route.

If I change the preferred network to EnBW, the resulting plan only uses chargers from them as expected.
