Prefered Charging Stations

I can prefer a charging network, but I can't priorsize individual charging stations. If I navigate along a route with prefered charging station ABRP should use them or plan the route along the prefered stations. It should only drop such stations in case of a traffic jam.

It should work like adding route-points, but the charging point can be droped if neccessary to route around a traffic jam. If these points could be imported and exported as *.csv file, then the function would be perfect.

Additional feature: change favourites to routepoint and visa vers.

Use case: If there is my favourite restaurant at a special charging point I'd like to charge there. But if a heavy traffic jam can be avoided by using a different station then please route me to a different station.

If that's already implemented somehow, then please update the documentation hoe to use it.
