To overcome limitations of certain charge cards it might be useful to prefer/avoid certain charging networks on a country basis.
E.g. Shell Recharge cards currently can't be used in Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
Reflecting this in ABRP currently is only possible by avoiding every single Shell Recharge point on the map.
