Predicted charge times way off

Trip from Maple Ridge BC to Kelowna BC. on December 2nd, during cold winter conditions for much of the route. Charging took twice as long as ABRP predicted, despite ABRP apparently being set to take climate into account, and despite no other cars charging at 250kw chargers. Would also be helpful for it to warn that cold conditions may severely impact available range. About 1/3 range was not available. 2020 Model Y Standard Range.
