Porsche Macan No live battery data

Porsche Macan Electric – Porsche connected but no live SoC data

I have a Porsche Macan Turbo Electric 2025.

My Porsche is working correctly and shows current vehicle data. The battery SoC is currently 68%.

In ABRP, the Porsche live data connection shows “Connected”, and I have disconnected and reconnected the Porsche account and accepted the Porsche vehicle-data consent again.

However, on the ABRP main screen it still says “Not connected” and the battery remains at the manually set 90% instead of updating to the actual 68%.

I have also started the car and confirmed that My Porsche receives fresh data from the vehicle, but ABRP still does not receive the SoC.

Could you please check the Porsche live-data integration for my vehicle/account?
