Porsche Connect SOC not syncing

I’ve connected the My Porsche app to ABRP via the premium subscription. The app says it’s linked but it doesn’t pull through the SoC - and elsewhere in the app it still says “registering”. Pls help!

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    What happens if you delete the app, re-download it and trying to connect to Porsche again?
