Poor gps live tracking

I’m trying to use abrp with live data from both Enode and Obdle through Android Auto in my VW id7. But the gps live tracking is really poor and sometimes non existing, so basically it is useless in the car. When the the map tracking is working, the accuracy is really poor, showing the car next to the road. And sometimes it just stops and is not tracking at all. Google maps works just fine through Android Auto and has no problems with gps tracking as far as I have noticed.
