EV_FLASH charging network from Japan

EV_FLASH or EV_FLASH_10FF is pretty good charging network in Japan, that supports both ChaDeMo and NACS. They offer high power (up to 240kW) charging stations and very reasonable electricity pricing (currently ¥44/kW) and are popular with Tesla owners in Japan (as well as owners of other EVs).

    i also think i should be added, along every other japanese network…

    it would be great to be able to use ABRP here in Japan.
