Please avoid UTC timeschift in track calculation

Today is wintertime (UTC+2). I´m going to plan a trip at any day in next summer (UTC+1). I´m setting departure time to 03:00 a.m.
During trip calculation ABRB shifts departure time to 02:00 (UTC+1). That´s confusing. If I´m planing to departure at 03:00 a.m., so I want to start at 03:00 p.m., regardless of whether month I will departure. Please avoid automatic UTC-timeshift.
