Plans not being saved

For a few weeks or more new plans are not being saved, either on android app or website. I treid deleting plans down to only 3 left in case there was a restriction on the total number but that made no difference.
I also saw a post on the forum about using the new app/website to fix this - so not https//:abetterrouteplanner.com but https//:new.abetterrouteplanner.com. But clicking on that link just takes you to the usual site (ie with out the 'new' in front). I a not using the classic site, by the way, and I keep the app updated.
