    Hi

It sounds like the reference consumption is wrong. Please check the number in the settings.

15mi/kWh is the existing value. What should it be?

I looked at your account and it was too low, please reselect the car and the correct ref con will show.

I did an online search and the values the search suggested are 261Wh/km. Why when I re-added the vehicle is the value that populates this setting pulling 43Wh/km from your database? If I override this setting and adjust to 261Wh/km the route plan is more realistic

The default number in the app is 238 Wh/km. So when you add a new EV9 that car still has the same number 43Wh/km?

So should I manually add 238Wh/km ? Note under Settings if I select the Set All To Automatic it sets the value to 43

Can you try to unlink from Enode? When you use Automatic settings we get live data from your car. It seems that we get some wrong data that changes ref con to 43.

What would be the ref consumption be in miles not km? E.g., Wh/mi

365 Wh/mi. Some Kia cars does not work well with Enode and it can be that we get totally wrong numbers. If the ref con stays correct without Enode I would recommend using an OBD instead.
