Planner Routes me Around Chesapeake Bay Bridge for future trip

Routing issue where it insists on routing me away from Chesapeake Bridge in Maryland. Was trying to plan for an Easter trip, but have only one time had it route me over the Chesapeake Bridge. It keeps trying to route me up 95 through delaware. Even if I add way points that would make sense to route me over the bridge, it still tries to route me around.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    It is doing it again and I'm trying to leave today. It won't route me over the bay bridge. Here are two routes. I cleared cache and storage. I also uninstalled and reinstalled.
