Planner ignoring charger preferences, unless I open the "avoid and prefer chargers" menu

When planning a route, I’m finding that the route planner is completely ignoring my preferences, unless I open the menu in the subject, after replanning after doing so it routes using the preferences.

Could we have an option to restrict to one charger brand without having to exclude every other charger?
